They are expanding into new markets and are rapidly spreading across the US. As part of this expansion the requirement for their partners to be nimble and reliable is critical.

Our goal is that our clients don’t have to worry about the logistics of our magic, but that they can trust it is working! If they order tens of thousands of items with multiple versions to be distributed to 8 states, they do not need to know that we split the distribution to 5 facilities so that we can cut down on shipping and turn-around by having 1 day ground drops instead of sending from one facility. They just need to worry about Healthcare…

Often when engaging with new potential clients for Print and Promotional Products I hear “we are pretty happy” or “we are used to the person we are using”. I have even heard “If it ain’t broke”. It got me thinking; in this competitive environment where time and money are arguably more important than ever, should people settle for “not broke” or “good enough”. Granted in many industries you get what you pay for so maybe the thought is you cannot afford to work with a better company. Here is a little secret; my industry is so competitive that the top companies need to truly be everything to get the best clients. At Team Lang Promotions we exclusively work medium to large businesses and we spoil them rotten!

A Great Event

A Great Event

There is nothing more magical than a well-organized event!  As an avid (and slow) endurance athelete  I have attended dozens of events over the years.  Most are pretty good.  They deliver on what they are supposed to with the minimum necessary approach.  Other have been truly awful.  I remember on in particular where they ran out of water half way through the event, and another where the course was off and everyone ran the wrong way.  What is really rare is a great event where not only is everything delivered as promised but the event organizer goes above and beyond to make it fun and special.

Over the last two days my Team and I rode our bikes from Seattle to Portland in an event put on by Cascade Bicycle Club, and it was truly and amazing event.  Everything was delivered above and beyond expectations.  When you think of the logistics of guiding 10,000 cyclists across 205 miles over 48 hours, it is amazing to think it can be done at all, but to make it great took time, talent and a love for what you do!
